Walls are repeatable progression
Each zone's Nest Wall shows the current Strength goal. Break it once and the portal opens to that nest tier; return later and the rebuilt wall is tougher. Repeating the cycle is the main way to improve egg odds without abandoning a favorite zone.
If progress stalls just below a requirement, combine active training with your best Power pets and the most efficient training upgrade you can afford. A small multiplier can be better than waiting through a long flat grind.
How the Guardian alert meter works
The raid HUD moves from unaware to danger as the boss detects you. Detection rises inside the Guardian's vision and at close range. Moving behind cover or out of sight lowers pressure. When the HUD flashes danger, creating distance is safer than forcing the final interaction.
A safer raid route
- Pause at the portal and locate both the nest and Guardian.
- Move around the outer edge instead of walking directly through the vision cone.
- Wait for the boss to turn before crossing exposed ground.
- Interact with the egg only when the return path is clear.
- On the escape, prioritize the portal over a perfect stealth route.
Carrying the egg turns the trip into a chase. Before stealing it, face the direction you plan to run and avoid trapping yourself behind scenery.
Later zones change the pressure
Backyard, Forest, Desert, Ice and Volcano increase both progression demands and reward quality. New environments change sight lines and navigation, while stronger eggs support the next training jump. You can revisit an earlier zone whenever its next Nest Tier offers a faster upgrade.
What happens if the boss catches you?
You are returned from the raid without the stolen egg. Your permanent progress and unlocked zone remain safe, so failure is information: adjust the route, raise Strength and speed, or try again when the Guardian's movement gives you a clearer opening.
